ShipperPack provides consulting in logistics management, global supply chain optimization, and financial management of commercial inventories. Services include training on distribution cost control, optimization of industrial transport packaging, and strategies for reducing operational losses. All services are provided in accordance with the detailed description in the commercial offer agreed upon by the parties.
ShipperPack undertakes to perform the services with professional diligence, using appropriate resources and methodologies. The Client undertakes to provide the necessary information in a timely manner and to comply with the agreed payment terms. Any change in the scope of services shall be made by written agreement between the parties.
ShipperPack shall not be held liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or loss of profits that do not directly result from the failure to fulfill contractual obligations. The total liability of ShipperPack for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the respective service. This limitation does not apply in cases of fraud or personal injury.
The Client may terminate the use of services at any time, with a prior written notice of 30 days. ShipperPack may suspend or terminate access to services in case of non-payment or serious breach of terms, with a 15-day notice. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay for services rendered up to the date of termination.
ShipperPack reserves the right to modify these terms. Any modification will be communicated to clients at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the services after the modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Payments shall be made according to the issued invoice, within 30 days from the date of issuance. Returns are only possible for services not fully rendered, proportionally to the unused value. No returns are accepted after the service is completed.
